Brian Payne

Brian has been a Law Enforcement Officer for 34 years and is currently serving as Chief of Police. He first started shooting 3-gun as a way to increase his weapons handling skills, but after his first match he was hooked on the sport because of the fellow shooters. His yearly vacation time is now scheduled around the major 3-gun matches around the country.

Brian has also helped to start the MN3GunGroup. This is a group of dedicated 3-gun shooters that volunteers their time in a concerted effort to promote 3-gun shooting across the state of Minnesota.

Career Highlights:

Numerous top 25 finishes at Blue Ridge Mountain 3-gun, Midwest 3-gun, DPMS Tri-gun Challenge, JP Enterprises Rocky Mountain 3-gun, Ozarks 3-gun, and the Fort Benning 3-gun.
